Intermediate Process / Project Engineer Job Description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
Join our team to work on a variety of challenging and innovative energy projects, ranging from conceptual studies to detailed process engineering, and management of small to large scale projects.

Lead and execute technical engineering tasks including process simulation modeling, pipeline modeling, and equipment sizing calculations.
Conduct equipment reviews, technical evaluations, and authenticate technical documents.
Collaborate on project scoping, FEED studies, and participate in HAZOP meetings.
Engage in field commissioning and troubleshooting, providing technical support and solutions.
Prepare and review key project deliverables like PFDs, P&IDs, control valve and instrument data sheets, and technical bid evaluations.
Provide innovative solutions and recommendations to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Work closely with project teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred but not strictly required.
Registered as a P. Eng with APEGA, with 5+ years of engineering and related project management experience in the oil and gas industry.
EPCM and fabrication experience is highly valued.
Proficient in PFDs, P&IDs, HAZOPs, and experienced in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and a history of positive client interactions.
Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, AutoDesk Navisworks Freedom, AutoDesk DWG Viewer, Microsoft Office, VMG Symmetry, HYSIS, and PIPESIM.
